One more question regarding the motion detectors: I was thinking of outdoor lights with a timer and motion detector already integrated. Is there something like that? Do you or perhaps have any recommendations regarding manufacturers or models?

take a look at Steinel lights. There are also options with app control and integrated camera or only motion sensor with timer. Although the camera uses Wi-Fi and stores on a card, at least you get notified and could also take a screenshot. Once again a note on WEG law: The exterior facade is common property. Without the approval of the WEG, you may not alter it or attach anything permanently.

Thanks for the tip! I will take a look at Steinel. Installing outdoor lights is not a problem as it is already allowed in the declaration of division.
