Hello dear community and construction experts ;)

My wife and I are currently in the middle of a new build. At the moment, our roof is being erected. However, what is currently making us a bit concerned and occupied are several yellow stains on the wall, which in my opinion (from a layman's perspective) are caused by the continuous rain!? In the attached photo, such a stain can be seen on the right side. Our question is now whether these stains are concerning or if they already indicate that the bricks are too soaked? Are any additional measures required here or is it harmless so far and the construction can continue unhindered? According to our site manager, this is not concerning and the only measure is that the windows will be installed about 2 weeks later!? What do the construction experts among you think? Should we be worried about mold later?

We would appreciate your feedback. Thank you in advance.

Looks like cat pee. But I wouldn't worry if I were you.

We were once told that such yellow stains actually come from too much moisture. Since the construction is still drying, there should (however) be no subsequent problems.

Thank you very much for the helpful and reassuring feedback. Then it seems to be "normal" or usual and not attributable to animal/human excretions ;)

Nope, that's completely normal. It was the same for us. With the amount of water still coming into the house (through screed and plaster), you absolutely don't need to worry about this.
