Hello everyone.
We are about to buy a house. The property was built in 1988, the owner moved out 14 years ago, and it was last rented out. Accordingly, it looks like that .
The wooden windows match the overall impression of the house, so plastic windows are out of the question.
Now to my questions:
1. How much does it cost to have the windows readjusted by a professional?
2. How often do wooden windows need to be "repainted"?
3. Can you easily paint wooden windows yourself, or does it then look a bit like "botched" work?
4. Do you ALWAYS have to sand them before painting?
5. If, after an expert's assessment, all the windows need to be replaced, what would that >>> approximately <<< cost me? It concerns
3 large patio doors
11 "normal" windows
Can someone help me?
Thanks in advance!!!
