hi
I have a question
we have two home savings contracts that are fully saved up (so not just 40-50%)
the question is, since it is an old contract, can you actually say, I want 50% of the money and then use the other 50% as a loan?
for example:
home savings contract 10,000€
saved up 9,991€
so that you say, I now want 4,991€
5,000€ stay in and the other 5,000€ I take out as a "loan"
or do banks not do that? because they would prefer to transfer the entire amount to us
best regards
