We will now cover our kitchen tiles with tile film. A 6-month durability test with test tile films over a wooden stove was successfully passed. Now I am looking for gray grout colorant that adheres firmly and does not peel off after a few cleaning sessions. Unfortunately, my internet research has not yielded satisfactory results. Can anyone recommend a kitchen-suitable, proven product? I would like to say thank you in advance for any tip. Anita

Use chalk paint from e.g. shabby-World. There is also a FB group called Painting the passt or something like that. You can see there how bathrooms and kitchens were beautified, including the tiles and grout!

Maybe there is another company that is good, but for a first impression, it's enough to take a look there.

Your reaction to a working proposal is incomprehensible to me. You can also clean calcified toilets with Corega tabs, and they are also intended for a different area of use. You are already improvising (foil) anyway, so why not do a test?

I have the same "problem," but in the bathroom, the chalk paint wouldn't work there if it is constantly wet/washed out (shower backsplash), right?

Get information where I refer you to! Otherwise, there is also special tile paint.
