Hello,
I am Thomas and quite new here in the forum.
Our plan is basically set, currently I am selecting the windows. A carpenter acquaintance recommended the Reinü-FEFA windows to me. In the company where he is employed, these are offered and installed. Maybe someone of you has experience with them or can take a look at the "Komfort" version and evaluate it.
google-> Reinü FEFA plastic windows -> scroll down and open the brochure

Links I believe are not allowed :)

The profile is apparently a Salamander, fittings etc. are described in the description.

Thanks in advance
Thomas

Hello Thomas, I don't know the manufacturer. I have looked at the homepage and the brochure. According to the "file status" that is completely fine. You can't go wrong with the profile and fittings. Do you want white windows or color? I still recommend taking a closer look at the manufacturer. If it’s not too far from you, make an appointment and check it out. Are there other reviews? Who installs the windows? Own people, subcontractors? If everything fits, there is nothing against it. Regards, redtatoo

Good morning redtatoo,

thank you very much for your feedback.
So:
- We want the windows in anthracite – does that play a major role or are you just interested?
- A friend, a trained carpenter and, as far as I can judge, an expert and meticulous worker, recommended them to us. In his company they are mostly installed. Good price/performance ratio, nice to install because they are neatly processed, etc. Sounds good so far, but of course one likes to have at least a second or third opinion :)
- I have not yet found any reviews online
- Installation will be carried out by the aforementioned carpenter. I can probably get the windows "cheap" through his employer (which still needs to be checked) and he will install them privately for me (I am aware of the warranty issue)
My father is a self-employed interior fitter, does everything from screed to drywall to tiles etc. I am not a craftsman, but over the years I have learned who is a good worker and expert and who is rather not.
Just wanted to mention that :)

Regards, Thomas

Hello Thomas, You are right, you can get a look for good craftsmen. If that is the case, great - I am happy for you. I asked about the color because the Salamander white is special. Many like its bright white and smooth surface in contrast to other profiles. Salamander is known for that. I personally like it very much as well. The question had no other background. Regards, redtatoo
