Hello dear forum members,
we are building a solid house with high perforated bricks according to the Energy Saving Ordinance and will have plastic windows installed.
The "leading construction center of our region" has both Bayerwald windows and Wirus windows in their range.
The following window profiles seem to suit us best:
Bayerwald windows: Tresorbandfenster BW80
Wirus windows: Profile system MD92 Elegant
1. Do you know these windows or profile systems and perhaps even have experience with them?
2. In your hopefully professionally sound opinion, what is a realistic durability for plastic windows?
Also in the running are Internorm KF410 and ReinüFefa, but these are explicitly not the topic here.
Please excuse any generalizations or incorrect terminology, I am certainly not an expert.
Thank you very much for your feedback
