That doesn't sound extraordinary at first - in stock sizes, the white plastic windows are sometimes significantly cheaper as promotional items from hardware stores, the wrapping can also be done by a car wrap specialist (but one who does full wraps, not just letter stickers).
For custom sizes, you'd rather get the windows finished. If it is not supposed to be a wrap, you would need to look for a Gealan processor.

What is currently installed, and what is the reason for the replacement?
For the dark frames, the thermal aging stress is higher, so I would also pay attention to shading on the sunny side.
