Window frame scratched in new construction. What must I accept?

Hello forum,

we are currently having a new building constructed through a developer.
Now that the windows have been installed, we have noticed that they are scratched all around. These are fine scratches that are especially visible when looking from the side and in the light. Our windows in our rental apartment don’t look like this after 20 years.
On the door in the area of the fingerprint scanner module there are also such scratches. I have already complained about these and the module will be replaced, and the scratches all around are supposed to be removed with a cleaner (the person responsible at the window company said they have a product that makes them no longer visible afterwards). However, I can’t imagine that this will work. Of course, I will have it done first, but I would like to know here in the forum whether I am just being too picky and this is normal, or if it is simply not acceptable. I don’t want to search with a magnifying glass either, but after the issue with the door I have become more attentive.

Unless you really are a developer, then it’s none of your business what kind of damage there is to the house, because the client is the company.

So maybe I expressed myself incorrectly. We are having Town & Country build. They are then the contact person for me as the builder. I will take a look at the other post. There are still pictures there for me. Maybe more can be said then.
