Hello,

I included window frames in the contract back then. But white windows were planned at that time. Now we have anthracite, do white window frames fit with that or does it look bad? The roof box will also be white and the house a light grey shade.

That is very much a matter of taste and depends on the overall appearance and the type of house...

Well, it is an angled bungalow,

In principle, this was already done about thirty years ago, with the difference being mahogany instead of anthracite. It wouldn't be my taste, but at least it's more than just white windows with these dark roof tiles.

The advantage is that you don't have to run the top coat around the corner. Due to the grain size, it always becomes a kind of rounded screwed-up corner.

Can you post a picture of how it is planned to look? There seem to be different variants. I thought you simply meant a painted white frame in and around the window reveals, without any texture difference to the surrounding tinted plaster.
