We have already created our own floor plans. But who will now make the draft plan, approval plan, submission plan, and execution plan so that we can obtain quotes from different construction companies? What alternatives are there to an architect?

Then there is practically no alternative. With "hardly any knowledge" you will 1. make planning errors yourselves and 2. poorly recognize planning errors made by others. 1. this is why the approach "go to a contractor with your own plan" doesn't work, because the person signing the application documents will only correct your plan where it would not be approvable (errors that do not prevent approval he will leave in). 2. the approach "let the contractor make a proposal himself" is at best mediocre, because you will not be able to sharply recognize possible quality defects. It is best to start by showing your plan(s) here. There are not only people here who gladly help with planning (often with harsh criticism), but above all people who have already gained building experience themselves or have (quite recently) done so.
