Hello, I want to build a freestanding terrace roof in the garden. It should be a prefabricated kit made of aluminum profiles and a polycarbonate roof. Since flat roofs and polycarbonate roofs are not permitted here, I am looking for an authorized building planner who can submit the application for an individual exemption for me. I do not want to hire an architect right away for what I consider a small matter. The whole thing is in Bavaria, near Aschaffenburg. I am grateful for any tip. Regards Rainer
