Who knows "Top Ten" prefabricated houses

Hello everyone

The question has probably been asked many times... Is there a list of the various prefab house providers - Switzerland that shows which providers are reputable (quality, consultation, price, etc.)? :eek:

If anyone has experience with Swisshaus, Weberhaus, Schwabenbau, etc., I would be very grateful for feedback. If anyone can recommend a provider, please get in touch.

Well... I completely forgot. Regarding the price, we are planning a house with 160 - 170m2 of living space (net), fully basemented, Minergie standard... We already have the building land. My question now... what would be a reasonable fixed price (CHF from - to) in your opinion for good quality. Thanks & regards, Michael

Hello Michael,

do you mean by "prefabricated house" simply a turnkey house, or the usual houses in "timber frame construction" that are referred to as such.
You are referring above to solid houses (SH) and the usual timber frame houses.
