Hello everyone! I would like to build a house in the near future and inform myself as best as possible beforehand. That is how I came across this forum.
My wish:
- Kfw70 (or possibly better, it is a cost issue)
- Single-family house, detached
- 130 sqm
- Solid construction
- Turnkey built
- (Ground) heat pump
I have now inquired with various companies, all of which build turnkey and also enable KfW70. All have a different type of masonry.
- One has styrofoam blocks with steel elements that are plugged together and then filled with concrete and are already sufficient for KfW70
- Another has stones made of mineral (he said the stuff was formed in a volcanic eruption) material and many air inclusions
- Yet another builds with some kind of aerated concrete, on which rigid foam boards still have to be glued on the outside for KfW70.
Can you help me find out which type of masonry is best suited for me?
