Hey,

can you give a recommendation regarding my question? Should one pay attention to something specific?

There are different widths. Should one not choose wider than the [Beckenaußenkante], or is it not a problem if it extends a bit beyond the lateral edge of the pelvis? The seat should also not cost a fortune.

Thanks for the feedback!

I don’t know what you mean. Do you want to retrofit a toilet seat? - one that lowers slowly?

Exactly, glasses with a lid that then slowly goes down

Ok, the universal things work just as well - suitable for old toilets (My parents retrofitted, and somehow it also worked with the shape) There is no big idea behind these lids overall - if it comes to the look, then choose matching the bowl, that is the manufacturer. But with the oval design, every bowl finds its lid.

I wonder, for example, if the glasses are flush with the edge or can also have an overhang?!

Is there no seat & lid matching your model? For us, the choice was clear, there was exactly one from the manufacturer that fits the toilet. You can order them separately, but I don't see the point (except maybe as a replacement at some point).
