Hello, the kitchen that we want to install in our house already exists and should be kept. However, since the electrical appliances are a bit older, we want to buy new ones. So a stove with oven, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator that should also match the kitchen design. Here, I am now concerned with the stove. Currently, we have a ceramic hob but are considering getting an induction stove. Does anyone have experience with that, especially regarding the cooking qualities? Regards Hans

Hello Hans123.
I have an induction stove and am completely satisfied with it. The principle is that the bottom of the pot is heated and the plate stays cold. For this, you need special pots. Cooking is faster here and it is also energy-efficient. So I don't want to miss it anymore.
Best regards

Yep, an induction stove is a fine thing, it is more expensive than other stoves, but you can save more afterwards because it is energy-saving, and what I also find important if you have small children is that they cannot burn their hands on the plate.

Hello,

that sounds good. I always tend to rely more on the experiences of ordinary people than to get advice from the specialist trade. I often have the feeling that I am being taken advantage of and that they want to sell me what is expensive or what needs to be sold slowly but surely. However, I will get more information, because it really is a matter of cost.

That's true, it's a question of cost. But I also own an induction stove. The purchases do cost a bit, but cooking is faster and in the long run I save a lot of money on energy costs.

That would of course be good. It is always the ongoing costs that add up. One euro a day is also 3650 euros in 10 years. I think we will consider it. It is also something new that we will have for the first time. Such purchases can also be exciting :)
