Hello,

Which standards should I apply when tendering the masonry work for my shell construction or obtaining quotes?
It concerns tolerance dimensions for masonry, floor slabs, window openings, etc.

DIN 18202 and generally according to recognized rules of building construction.

So DIN 18202 is already good. But certainly not architecture. I can imagine according to the current state of the art, but as a rule that is taken for granted and does not need to be explicitly mentioned, right?

What motivates you to carry out the request for proposal yourself, or what makes you feel qualified for it? In layman's hands, a tender is a dangerous weapon and creates big holes in the wallet - especially with the combination of individual trades and self-awarding. The only thing that can top that is "site management done by Uncle Gwerderi."
