Hello everyone,

we are currently trying to find the right solid house provider for our house.
We are from Pforzheim and unfortunately have not yet found the right construction company.
So far, we have only had an offer calculated from Heinz von Heiden but are not satisfied with it. In the initial meeting, everything was told to us quite differently than what was then stated in the offer.

Can anyone recommend a solid house provider who builds in Pforzheim (Baden Württemberg)?

Our requirements:
approx. 160 sqm
1.5 or 2 floors
fully basemented
double garage

Thank you very much for your support.

Greetings
Dimi

Hey Pforzheim resident, just drive through the Tiergarten, there is plenty of advertising. What I can recommend to you is Mayer Rohbau in Wurmberg, but you probably have to coordinate all the other trades yourself. Or Ianone Bau, they also build turnkey. is also from Pf and is currently building as well, maybe he has a recommendation for you.

Hello,

thank you very much for the tips.
I will take a look at lanone Bau.
Unfortunately, Mayer Rohbau is not an option as we don't want to do too much ourselves.

Does anyone else have a tip?
Doesn't have to be someone from Pforzheim, the main thing is that they build in the area.

Hi,
We will probably sign with Haus der Handwerker.
I have now obtained at least 5 offers, including from U-HAUS (price-wise in the middle), Iannone Bau (price-wise rather top range), Frank Tittel (absolutely overpriced).
Where do you want to build?
Also in Tiergarten or another building area?

Regards Steffen

How was the offer from Haus der Handwerker?

And which were the other companies if I may ask. Then I don’t have to request from the overpriced ones at all.

We will be building in the Rod area in the new development area Lange Gewann.

420 thousand turnkey with ventilation system from Haus der Handwerker.
I would stay away from Town & Country. I have already heard and read so much botched work and shoddy workmanship from them.

A heating engineer had to tear out and reinstall the entire underfloor heating for a client in my hometown a few years ago because it was wrongly designed by Town & Country and kept failing.
My sister-in-law built with Heinz von Heiden. The biggest botch job, you can hardly imagine. There are so many things that even I notice as a layperson.

You don’t need to go to Frank Tittel. He has sky-high prices. A roller shutter motor costs an extra 400 euros there...
At Haus der Handwerker it’s 185 €, just for comparison.
Where exactly are you building now? Do you already have a plan, or did you have it made by Town & Country?
