Which roof tiles to choose - experiences?

Hello everyone,

our site manager just called me and asked if we have already looked into roof tiles. The standard ones are Nelskamp F 13 Classic old black engobed flat roof tiles. Does anyone have these tiles and can say something about them? Positive as well as negative, or are there tiles where you say it's better to take those?

With F13 old black, you can't go wrong. The tiles are among the best quality you can buy and look very good when installed.

Are there any no-gos or significant quality differences?

1. Röben FlandernPlus engobiert
2. Wieneberger Alegra 8 engobiert
3. Creaton Futura Finesse glazed

I once heard somewhere that you should use the largest possible bricks. Can anyone here confirm this or explain the reason, or is it nonsense? Maybe larger bricks are quicker to lay compared to many small ones and therefore cheaper (perhaps per square meter itself)?
