Hello everyone,
we have put our ground source heat pump (with ground collectors) into operation. The brine lines are not yet connected. Currently, we are heating the screed of the lower floor with the heating rod. Afterwards, the upper floor will be heated.
Question: Do both floors really have to be heated individually because the heating rod can no longer manage?
It is a Viessmann Vitocal 200-G
Another question: We have a separate meter for the heat pump. Now I understand that I can choose a separate electricity provider for the heat pump and household electricity. Which provider did you choose for your heat pump electricity? Were there any problems?
Thanks & best regards
