we are building with an architect through direct awarding of the individual trades. We will not provide any own work.

According to the information, we need the following insurances:

Bauleistungsversicherung
Bauherrenhaftpflicht
Wohngebäudeversicherung

Are there specific services / points that one should pay attention to? Perhaps even insurance companies that have performed particularly well in specific tests?

if you also understand [Wohngebäudeversicherung] to include [Rohbauversicherung], in my opinion you have listed all the essential insurances.

We have had good experiences with BGV in this area.
