With us, it was as follows.
The crane company wanted a liability disclaimer from us via the shell builder for a footpath.
They got it because the footpath was already gone before and I will redo it in connection with the driveway to the garage.
On the other side, a main road or whatever would be the street for you should be designed for 40t, and if the crane acts with gross negligence (without supporting plates, etc.), then the crane company is liable.
