Which geothermal energy should be used?

in our construction projects, we have now decided on geothermal energy, and we have two offers.
The first company works with refrigerant and the second with water.

What experiences do you have with both? Which system would you recommend?

Are both for the same house, what is not comprehensible?

I spoke again with company 2 yesterday, he said that 150m2 collectors are not enough for 130m2.

In one I read something about geothermal collectors and in the other it is somehow completely missing. On the other hand, one has underfloor heating, the other does not.

Response from the company regarding underfloor heating: is it supposed to be the smooth pipe heat exchanger I understand it as the ground collectors being included in the heat pump (zu1)
