The one that can downmodulate the most. Which one that is, you can read from the datasheets. For 110 sqm you practically never need the full power

Have you selected the 3 heating options yourself or were they recommended to you by a professional?

I picked them out myself, with Buderus GB 162-25 T 40 S (8 years old) I have already had many repairs despite maintenance. So Buderus is not acceptable to me.
