Which construction companies are good?

Hey

I am aware that my question could have many answers. However, I want to narrow it down:

- Construction in Niedersachsen
- very long active and established in the market
- good price/performance ratio

I currently have beko in mind. Also happy to get a few reviews on this. Why possibly choose this one or not

Depends on what you want.

No stress? Lots of wall? No money?
Lots of say? Contact person on site?
Catalog floor plan? 4 children’s rooms and a bird room?

There are certainly construction diaries for a favorite that you can find and research here or through Google.
A favorite becomes a favorite - among other things also because of a gut feeling.

Have you already spoken with them or made an appointment?

Yes, I have already spoken with the company. However, I am of the opinion that you should still obtain a few counteroffers. Perhaps these conversations will also reveal quite different perspectives.

But I can’t find any others now that have really been on the market for a long time, have a good reputation, and build in Niedersachsen.

I was hoping for some experiences from you.

The major prefabricated house manufacturers all offer their services nationwide. We built with one of the big ones - long established / reliable / etc. Good value for money is very individual - for us, it was good. Since this is the moderated forum: We had Hanse Haus

But you're only looking for "turnkey" BUs? Or a shell builder?
