Which CAD software do you use? Looking for land use.

First of all, greetings from Franken. I am retired and still have some plots of land where I would like to see what might possibly be built on them. So I am looking for a simple architecture program that can cost up to €100, with which I can draw rough floor plans on a plot, perhaps even with furnishing, maybe even in 3D. Many beautiful plans are often shown here!! My architecture program is from 1985 and a bit outdated by now.
