where can I have a construction service description / scope of services checked well and as inexpensively as possible. For the developer contract, we have already consulted a lawyer.

there are certainly several providers, just get some offers made, then you have an idea of the prices

There is, for example, the Verband Privater Bauherren, Verbund privater Bauherren. You can join there for a small fee and among other things find yourself an expert. They would have also checked the contract for you ;)
