Where can one get the Agfw Primary Energy Factor document?

Good morning,

As stated in the subject above, we are currently facing the challenge of obtaining the document regarding the [Agfw Primarenergiefaktor].

I am hoping for the collective intelligence of the forum that someone can help me here. Who should normally have this ready for us, as the energy advisor urgently needs it for the [Kfw] calculation?

On our construction site/municipality, there is a biogas local heating network, and according to my research, the operator should actually have this.

Or are there other sources from which we can obtain this?

Best regards

Have you already checked on the agfw page who is responsible for you? Or searched on the district-energy-system page?

First of all, thank you for the information, I have already been on both sides but unfortunately did not find anything.

Are there any other sources or could it be that the operator does not have the appropriate document that states the primary energy factor?

Or in other words, does a local heating operator/provider have to have a document/certificate about the primary energy factor?

Our local heat supplier (biogas) also did not have a document/certificate. At the end of 2019, I discussed this topic with our energy consultant, who inquired with KfW:
Bei der Bewertung als ein Nahwärmesystem kann für eine typische KWK-Anlage mit einem Anteil der KWK von mindestens 70 % als Primärenergiefaktor der Tabellenwert für "Nah-/Fernwärme aus KWK, erneuerbarer Brennstoff" nach DIN V 18599: 2011-12 mit fp = 0,0 angesetzt werden, sofern die KWK-Anlage zu 100 % mit Biomethan betrieben wird. …

fp = primary energy factor and further:
Please obtain written confirmation from the supplier that the KWK-Anlage is operated 100% with biomethane. The additional peak load generator (probably a gas heater) may then also be operated with conventional gas, provided the share does not exceed 30%...

But no idea whether this still applies to you and at the current time.
