Creation costs are supposedly not permissible. Who has tried it and what was accepted by the tax office?

They not only allegedly do not work. All labor costs incurred after moving in as part of household-related services.... Tile laying work and kitchen installation, basic cleaning, window cleaning.

But always diligently pay by bank transfer :)

Outdoor facilities would be another point (of course only the labor portion after moving in here as well). Or moving costs, if carried out by a company. If the move is work-related (reduction of travel time, etc.), then also as advertising expenses.

We have also submitted the wage portion of the [Außenanlagenerstellung] (start of [Erstellung der Außenanlagen] after moving in + re-registration) and the construction of the steel garage.
We carried over the last installment of the [Außenanlagen] into the new year and were thus able to claim over 2 years.

Unfortunately nothing, as according to the tax advisor, labor costs for new buildings (owner-occupied) are not deductible :(

For the tax return this year, we can then deduct the labor costs for heating maintenance for the first time, otherwise nothing else, as we have done all the work ourselves since moving in.
