since we want to lay the network cables in our house ourselves, we are now looking for a suitable online shop to order the required goods, such as network cables, network cabinets, patch panels, etc. Additionally, we would like to undertake some electrical installations, for which we would need switches, sockets, cables, etc. Maybe you also have a secret tip in this regard that is good and inexpensive. I can offer you Voltus. I'm not exactly sure about the price, but the folks there are very reliable. Always reachable if you have questions. The boss is also active in forums and helps out a lot there.

I have also had good experiences with Voltus (Dinge für Hausautomation). For network stuff (cabinets etc.), you better check out specialized shops like It-Budget. I don’t know at what level you want to do all this, so recommendations are difficult. Patch panels with keystone modules from, for example, Metz Connect, cabinets from Rittal, Stengel... For the infrastructure, Unifi is a good tip in the prosumer range. But you should have at least “some“ knowledge.

The IT budget is great, I visit there regularly in person. If it is nearby, you can see a lot there and they also offer consultation! For the rest, if you want to do it yourself, I would also use Voltus. Even electrical wholesalers usually can't beat the prices. SCE will also build our distribution. With Unifi, you should have not only knowledge but also a fairly high frustration tolerance or just keep your finger away from the update button. The management software regularly has serious bugs and Ubiquiti seems to test the firmwares almost exclusively on the end customer. You have to be willing to do that. "Unfortunately," there is currently little competition on the market for the wifi components with similar performance at these prices.
