What scope should a soil survey have for the Hanover area?

We would like to have a soil survey carried out and have already obtained a few quotes online. Unfortunately, as laypeople, we are a bit at a loss when it comes to comparing the quotes and also to assessing at all the scope that the survey should have. We also do not know the companies from which we have received quotes. Therefore, I wanted to ask you if you can recommend companies in the northern German region with which you have had good experiences with your soil surveys. Hopefully, through a trustworthy company, we can somewhat compensate for our lack of knowledge! :)

Hello, I only just read your post and hope I can still help you. We recently had a soil survey done ourselves. It depends on the purpose for which you want to have a survey done. For a single-family house, a tabular soil survey is sufficient. We used the company "gagv" Gesellschaft für angewandte Geologie und Vermessung mbH. Here we had a tabular soil survey done including arrival and departure, 2 percussion core soundings of 5m for 550 euros plus VAT. This survey is especially for when you want to build a house on it. Everything went great, within two weeks the survey, evaluation and documents were ready. If you have questions you can call them at any time, they will gladly answer your questions.
