What kind of door lock is it?

Hello, can someone please tell me the correct designation for the door lock shown in the pictures? I would like to replace this lock, but I cannot find any locks with this shape.

Is it possible to replace the cylinder in this lock? If yes, which cylinders would those be?

There are no markings on the lock itself. No idea what kind of part this is.
