What is the name of this Ikea sofa cover?

Hello,
I probably have two sofa covers here (at first I thought they were curtains, but the tabs are missing). They are blue and white patterned and have the Ikea ID number 11358. Unfortunately, there is no name on the label.
Does anyone know what the covers are called, whether they are really covers, and how much they might have cost?

If they are sofa covers, then appropriate darts must also be present. How big? What shape? How old? If it is simply rectangular, I would rather guess it is a bedspread.
