What happens to the WEG declaration of division after the sale?

we will probably buy a semi-detached house soon. The property is divided according to [WEG]. Is the [WEG] declaration actually rewritten after the purchase? So far, it still lists the two current owners. What is the exact procedure here?

Simple answer: Nothing! The declaration of division regulates the relationship between the various condominium units + billing modalities etc., but has nothing to do with ownership relationships. These are regulated in the land register.
