What does the neighbor have there?

Hi,

a "potential neighbor" is causing us some concern – unfortunately we can’t just go over there quickly. Maybe one of you has an idea what that might be in the lower left quarter of the aerial photo?

Which lower left quarter? I don't see anything there. If you mean the large area, it is simply not an English lawn...

And why is going there not possible? Everything else is pure speculation. Did you buy a property without paying attention to the local conditions or is that a new Sat image?!

What is supposed to be there? Dried-up lawn?

Everyone can see that there is no lawn there. On the right, I would guess a shelter or small stable. Whether it is a small private riding arena or some other form of animal husbandry. As bare as it is, it could also indicate a chicken farm. Of course, everything written here is speculation. Talking, asking, looking is the only solution.

It looks like a paddock to me. Questionable would be what the box could be. It looks quite like a pump. However, these recordings are sometimes years old, so go there and check. ;-)
