What do I actually save through a KFW construction compared to?

What do I really save through a Kfw construction in comparison?

Under the same conditions: How much money do I save annually by building a KFW house?
Are there any calculations available for this?

Nothing at all. Why? Because you initially spend more money compared to Kfw 70/55 to Energieeinsparverordnung.

Whether and how much energy costs you will save over the following years must be calculated individually. Why? Because the conditions ([Klimazone], current living area, current energy consumption, planned [Gebäudetechnik], planned living area, planned consumption) are different for everyone.

That does not always or necessarily have to be the case. The investment is certainly higher; however, there is funding, and the consumption costs should be lower. The goal is to substitute high future consumption costs by an upfront investment. Effort and benefit should, however, be in reasonable relation. This is not the case in every situation. Especially with overly optimistic calculations, the higher investment practically goes to waste. Then you have a money pit.

So generally, no one can answer that. What is certain is that energy prices will rise. How and when, no one knows. Therefore, ich would build at least Kfw70. Whether the loans are worthwhile is another matter; we gladly take the 2500 € from the KFW with the 55 program. We would have bought the residential ventilation anyway.

I absolutely cannot imagine that there are no calculations and comparisons regarding this. A kfw house is fundamentally more expensive, so it should also be possible to determine the consumption with and without kfw based on the current status.

It is clear that prices are rising, but they rise independently of the kfw value of the house.

Since various providers offer structurally identical houses with different kfw values, numbers on this should also be found. It's a pity that none of you know any.

But unfortunately, this happens more often than one thinks, which is why various refrigerators, washing machines, etc. also sell so well.

They exist. However, a basic determination (actual demand (performance, energy) for heating, hot water and possibly ventilation) must be available for this.
For construction projects that I accompany, this is always present, as it is the basis of any economic decision. I am always amazed at how naïve many people are when they sign purchase or construction contracts without knowing what consumption costs they have to expect.

Correct! The complaints usually come only afterwards, when there is hardly anything left to change
