Good morning

As already mentioned.
What falls under the banker’s expenses and what needs to be listed separately?

Fuel costs
Insurances
Vehicle taxes, insurances
Telephone, internet, and TV
[GEZ]
Electricity
Cleaning service
Pet
Tax advisor
....
......
......

Thanks

Olli

What is the purpose of this question?

There is no general answer except: All costs necessary for living expenses. The more detailed your own listing is (see your listing above), the clearer the interpretation will be for the bank. So if you list everything (really everything) individually, then the other living expenses = 0.

Hello!

Every bank prepares a household calculation. Per adult and month it can be 550-800 €. Child 150-300 €

They will not disclose the bank's calculation to you here. Beware! The bank is not interested whether you are above or below the flat rate. Many think you can bargain with a bank like at a bazaar or are with a life coach. Every borrower should be clear for themselves what they can/want to afford

Most banks charge a flat fee for the first person and then the amount x is charged again for each additional person living in the household. These flat fees vary enormously from bank to bank, but you have to know for yourself whether these flat fees apply to your own case or if it might even be too little.

That varies from bank to bank. So far, no bank has asked me whether the calculated additional costs are sufficient or if I might be above or below them.

My banker told me that for us, the first person was calculated with 600 euros, the second with 400 euros, and the child with 300 euros. So for 2 adults and 1 child, 1300 euros in living expenses.

Almost everything was taken into account, except rent. That would be separate, as well as a second car.

Maybe as a reference point.
