What are NOWESTA plates?

Hello,
on the plans for my parents' house (built in 1961), which I want to renovate, it says for the pitched roof insulation:
NOWESTA-PLATTEN 2.5cm (10??? Styropor)
(see picture). Is that Styrofoam or could there also be asbestos in it? Can anyone make sense of the term NOWESTA?

Search for Novestaplatten with "v" and you will find: wood wool lightweight panels (HWL) / Heraklith boards / Sauerkraut boards. These are panels made of cement-bound wood wool, gray, but apparently without asbestos (asbestos is not a binder, but itself a fiber). They are supposed to be good at sound insulation but poor at thermal insulation, so the combination with 10 mm Styrofoam makes sense. Together, they may have made the roof reasonably windproof; thermal insulation today looks different (in the 70s, insulation between rafters with mineral wool was introduced).
