What approximate construction costs should I expect?

We want to build a small two-family house with an approximately 85 sqm apartment downstairs and the same on the first floor, only with slanted walls, then for our son. It should be basemented and have good, average equipment, but nothing special like dormer windows, etc. We want to build in a village near Erding (about 50 km) from Munich. With which construction costs do we have to approximately reckon?
