WC slip stopper for toilet seats

Hello
I have a problem. My children regularly destroy the toilet seat holders at short intervals.
I have already seen my solution in a disabled-accessible toilet and also in the kindergarten. But no matter which search term I use, I can't find it anywhere on the internet.
What are these things called or where can I get them?

I don't understand how they are supposed to break, you don't lift the toilet seat except when cleaning.

already done.
there are only standard buffers there that are always included. I am looking for ones like in the photo.

The buffers individually do not seem to be available. What I have found are entire glasses/covers including such buffers.
