Water in the shower does not drain - what can be done? Experiences?

Hi everyone. We have a rather annoying problem at home that needs to be fixed every few months: the water in the shower keeps backing up more and more until I eventually have to fish out the disgusting hair etc. from the drain with the pump – once done, the water backs up heavily again after a few weeks... do you have any solution on how to prevent the problem in advance? I really don’t want to get used to my method ;-) Thanks in advance for the tips and experiences.

If you keep fishing out hair, you have the cause and can grab it by the root ;) There are also sieves, a brush for the hair beforehand, or a hairdresser voucher as a preventive measure.
