Hello,
....what are the costs for a correct planning by a TGA planner...
First, the term "correct planning" must be defined.
Normally, the HOAI together with all associated contents and standards applies here.
For a single-family house, this is in my opinion far too expensive. Moreover, most TGA offices are structurally oriented towards "larger units" and generally have too little experience in the "small sector". There are
huge differences between a hotel complex or commercial operation and a single-family house!
In the single-family house sector, it is completely sufficient to work through the
most essential problem areas and to specify the technical parameters to be observed to the system installer, without completely restricting his scope for design.
....and what sums are we talking about for a typical single-family house?...
That always depends on the specific individual case. This includes in particular the building geometry and the agreed scope of services.
I always submit a concrete offer, even if this is significantly more complex. So no flat-rate mass business at the lowest price.
Best regards
