Hello,
my husband and I are currently in the process of purchasing a plot of land. It is a plot that is already developed. We are having an area separated from it. Now we want to check the costs for the house connections.
The wastewater association has informed us that the connection will be significantly more expensive because it is not a first but a second connection. The reason is that the entire plot has already been developed. The exact costs can only be communicated to us once we submit the applications.
Has anyone had a similar case?
Is it correct that this is a second connection?
On the one hand, it sounds absurd to me, but on the other hand, somehow understandable.
Thank you very much in advance
