Hello dear forum
I am completely new here and only came across this forum because I have a problem with my kitchen faucet. I bought it about 1.5 years ago at Ikea and have always cleaned it exactly as stated in the care instructions, so without cleaning agents, only with vinegar solution because of the lime residue! The faucet is steel-colored and this coating is now starting to peel off, which looks very unsightly!
Can the faucet be exchanged because of this, as it really shouldn't happen?
And then there is a second problem: I can't find the receipt anymore, but I still have the bank statement where the money was debited, since I paid for the sink and the faucet by direct debit! Is that sufficient proof? There is also a number with the direct debit, so they should possibly be able to retrieve the purchase data, right?
Does anyone have experience with this?
Best regards
