Hello everyone,
Last year in March, I bought a Pax wardrobe. During assembly, a piece broke off on one side. We fixed it with screws.
I have to admit, I should have claimed it back then, but after hours of assembling, I just didn’t feel like waiting another 3 weeks for a replacement.
Now the well-known case occurs: I want to move in with my girlfriend and of course want to sell the furniture (they don’t quite fit in the new bedroom due to size). It’s obviously more sensible if the wardrobe is completely intact.
Have you had any experience with the warranty whether they replace the part? Or possibly sell me this panel new for a small extra fee? PS I don’t want to sell it here, unless someone is from Hamburg; we’re moving on 01.03.
I haven’t talked to any service employees or asked yet, wanted to get your experience first.
PS The receipt is of course available. I had it delivered back then.
Thanks and best regards Patrick
