Hello,
what do you think about the idea of creating flush-mounted baseboards yourself? I would attach an aluminum L-profile (60x10x2) as the lower edge of the drywall, seal it at the top to the drywall panel with acrylic, and glue parquet or tiles into the resulting joint (approx. 5-6 cm) (using silicone or construction adhesive).
It would probably also look good if the 2mm aluminum strip is visible between the drywall and the wood.
It should look something like this:

Looking forward to your opinions.
Best regards, Thomas
