Walls Q3 Prefabricated House Costs

Our screed is currently drying and we now have a lot of offers that differ massively in price. Therefore our question is, what should filling and sanding of drywall boards in Q3 roughly cost per square meter? And maybe you also have experience whether filling, sanding, and painting is enough, or if fleece is additionally recommended due to possible settlement cracks.

for us, the filling in Q3 cost about 7,000 euros extra, 160sqm floor area.

We then primed and painted twice. We find it very nice. Since we have only lived here for 3 months, I cannot say much about settling cracks yet. However, tapes were also installed that are supposed to prevent this. We'll see. [emoji3]

We have a surcharge of €10/m² from Q2 to Q3 for our building (280m²), including fiber fleece and painting, so completely finished for walls and ceilings. In total, nearly 700m² will be processed.
