Hello,

many public buildings in my area are illuminated with spotlights that are built into the ground, but despite some research, I have not found a company that sells such spotlights. Maybe one of you knows where to get something like this.

Well, what do you want to illuminate? A church? A castle? A beautiful town hall? I would cough at you if you, as a neighbor, illuminated your house as if it were the [Kölner Dom].

Or are you just looking for some nice effects on the wall? Then there are plenty of wall lamps in various shops both offline and online.

Search for "Bodenspot außen" or facade lighting.

These terms should yield results.

However, I would avoid floodlights and actually only use spots.
