Vitocal 300-A heat pump is clattering

Hello everyone,

we moved into the new house 3 months ago and have a Vitocal 300-A heat pump (air-water indoor installation).
This afternoon I came home and already heard the rattling in the hallway. This happened for the first time. I made a video and uploaded it to Google Drive.

I then wiggled the housing a bit and believe that it went away then. Since then it hasn't appeared again according to my wife (I was at work all day).

Maybe someone of you can say something about it.

I always send photos via WhatsApp to our heating engineer (he is 120km away)... every time he was with us the next day :)

Flow temperature talk to him???

I did that too :) Haven't been able to say anything yet. They will come by in the new year. The heating works and isn't making any noise at the moment :)
