Good day,
I do not recommend the above-mentioned vinyl flooring from the company "ter Hürne." We installed a total of 32 m2 in our new building. Wall clearances were observed everywhere, vapor barrier foil was installed, and the screed was dry. The vinyl flooring completely lifted and partially came out of the tongue and groove joints. In all other rooms, a different vinyl flooring was installed, which does not lift anywhere. Only in all three hallways does the aforementioned floor lift everywhere. Overall, the material costs amount to over 2000 euros (1157.23 euros for the vinyl flooring, which has since been removed, plus 1025 euros for the new floor), not to mention 4 working days for installation plus 4 working days for installing the new floor.
The company "ter Hürne" dismissed us with only 300 euros as "compensation" and does not respond to any of our emails. Very, very weak for such a company!!!
